Can I also pick up my order?
No, unfortunately this is not possible.
 
How can I track my package?
Here you can track your package with the track & trace code that you received in your e-mail confirmation mail.
 
I received the wrong product, what now?
If you have received the wrong package, please contact our customer service by sending an email to: merchandise@thunderdome.com.
 
How can I exchange and / or return a product?

What is the return term?
14 days after receipt of the order.
 
What are the return conditions?
All products are still in the original packaging / sealing and are unworn, undamaged, clean, and unused. 
 
How long does it take for my return to be handled?
We will refund you immediately after we have handled your return shipment. Most returns are processed within 5 working days after receipt. How quickly the outstanding amount is refunded depends on the payment method:
iDEAL: within 3 working days
Credit card: within 10 working days
Paypal: within 6-10 business days

Stock

Come out of stock products back in stock?
That’s different per product. Some products come back in the store, and some not.
 
The product disappeared when ordering, how is this possible?
Sometimes it happens that the product is sold out before you have settled it. Then the product disappears from your shopping basket and from the webshop.
