Payment methods at the merchandise section of our website.

You can pay for your orders in the Thunderdome merchandise store in any of the following ways:

- Through credit card (Visa and MasterCard). You can safely enter your credit card details through our secured SSL procedure. 
- Through iDEAL. This payment method allows you to make the payment through your own bank as part of the ordering process. You pay in your own familiar internet payment environment based on the specific security methods of your own bank. You can use iDEAL directly, without having to register for it, if you use internet banking.
- Through Paypal.

What is MasterCard SecureCode and Verified by Visa?

Through MasterCard SecureCode and Verified by Visa, the rightful owner of the credit card is identified. This digital signature protects against the theft of your credit card number, because before payment you first confirm your identity. Unfortunately, not every card holder participates in MasterCard SecureCode and Verified by Visa. The number is growing fast, however, especially because MasterCard and Visa are making participation obligatory in a growing number of countries.

How does it work?

Your card has not been activated for MasterCard SecureCode and Verified by Visa on a standard basis, you have to first see to this yourself. After activation, you will always be asked for your digital signature whenever you pay by credit card. This code is then immediately checked by your own bank. The digital signature comes in a variety of forms. Which type applies to you depends on your credit card provider. The digital signature may be a password of your own choosing, or a PIN number provided by your bank, or one generated through a Digipas or Random Reader.

Shipping manifest

You will receive a shipping manifest with your order. You will already have received the actual invoice after placing your order.

We try to complete and your order the same day. And you will get a track & trace code from us after confirmation that the order has been shipped from our warehouse.

Delivery time of articles

Products listed in the webshop are delivered within the below working days per country:

Austria = 3-5 working

Belgium = 2-4 working days

Germany = 2-5 working days

France & UK = 3-6 working days 

Eastern Europe = 7 working days

European Nordics = 6 working days

South Europe = 7 working days

Switzerland = 6 working days

Asia & Australia = 10-20 working days

Africa = 20 working days

USA & Canada = 10-20 working days

All other non European countries = 11 till 20 working days

DELIVERY TIME OF ARTICLES

We are offering 2 types of shipping services for the most of the countries. The 2 types of shipping service are called MAIL (shipping without track & trace, but with signature up on receipt) and PARCEL PLUS (shipment with track & trace). The MAIL shipping option will be shipped against lower cost then the PARCEL PLUS shipping service, the shipping time with MAIL is longer then with PARCEL PLUS.

For the following countries we are offering only one service type (PARCEL PLUS), because there is no difference in cost with the MAIL shipping option, so we choose the best and fastest shipping option. Hereby the countries:The Netherlands, Belgium, Germany, France, United Kingdom, Asutria and Denmark.

You can check the shipping time for your country at the shopping card after selected a product. In case we are offering 2 types of services, please choose the shipping service you prefer. Be advised that the provided transit time are in WORKING DAYS (week days).

SHIPPING YOUR ORDER

Our shipments are handled by ABC MAIL. Orders are sent in parcels if they do not fit through the letterbox. ABC MAIL is most effective when delivering to a home address. For almost all shipment you will receive a track & trace number.

SHIPPING DELAY

If you have received the shipping confirmation, but have not yet received the order, it is best to wait a couple of working days. In exceptional cases, ABC Mail may take several days rather than 24 hours to deliver an order. Still haven't received your order 3 working days after receiving the shipping confirmation? Then please contact our customer service desk. Please state the order number in your e-mail or keep it to hand when filling in the contact form so we can help you as quickly as possible.

Shipping Costs

The shipping costs are calculated based on your order and weight. The shipping costs for a given shipping address may vary depending on the size and weight of the order. How higher the weight, the shipping cost increases. This is the standard procedure within all the shipping companies.

The provided shipping cost are based on a door to door delivery, but doesn't include any duty cost. The duty cost depends on the local country rule, for example shipping within the EU is free from duty and shipping to the US is free up to a value of 200,00 USD. For more information, please check with your country customs department.

Returning articles

You can return the articles you bought from us under certain conditions. You cannot return tickets, downloads or CDs/DVDs if the cases are not (or no longer) sealed. You can send your returns to our PO box:

When we have received your return shipment, your payment will be transferred back into your account as soon as posible (within 14 days).

If the item does not fit, you must return the item within 14 days and place your order again.

Please note: If you return an article outside the set conditions or without stating a reason, this does not cancel your obligation to pay for the article, and we may decide not to process your future orders. When in doubt, please contact the Q-dance Customer Service Desk.

Received the wrong article?

Please always check whether the article you receive is the one you ordered. If you should have accidentally received a different article, you can return it within 14 days of receipt. To help us find out how you received the wrong article, it is important that you indicate the reason for the return on the reverse of the shipping manifest.

Warranty

CD or DVD case

If you receive a broken case with an article you ordered from us, but the article itself is not damaged, you need not return the article. If you immediately contact the Customer Service Desk by e-mail, we will send you a new case free of charge. Please clearly state the article in question and the type of case that was damaged. We cannot send you another copy of the booklet; you will receive an empty case.

Replacement copy

When you return an article, you do not automatically receive a replacement copy. In the case of a CD, DVD or Q-dance Merchandise, the paid amount will be transferred back into your account as soon as we have received your return. You can then place another order if you would like a new copy.

Manufacturer's warranty

Manufacturer's warranties apply to all articles in our assortment. This means you are entitled to the standard warranty conditions as determined by the manufacturer of the article. If you have any questions, or would like to claim the warranty, please contact the Thunderdome Customer Service Desk.

CD, DVD or Q-dance Merchandise

If you receive a CD, DVD or Thunderdome Merchandise in damaged condition, you can return it within 7 days of receipt. Please make sure to include the original invoice/shipping manifest. Please state the reason for the return on the reverse of the invoice/shipping manifest and send the article to:
