Thunderdome 2024 FAQ
The system will automatically cancel your order if you try to purchase a Thunderdome 2024 item without using the required secret code at checkout. The code should apply automatically, but due to cookie settings, this may not always happen. Check to ensure the secret code is applied, and if it's missing, enter it manually.
Canceled orders will be refunded automatically.
There is a small chance that stock may become available again if orders are canceled. However, we can't guarantee this. If a size or item is sold out, you can subscribe to be notified if it comes back in stock.
Copy your code directly from the email into the form to avoid errors. Do not translate the prefix of the secret code, as this will make the code invalid. The code should look like this: "thunder-xxxx."
Keep in mind that the code might not work if it has already been used. To ensure fairness, each user is limited to one code for purchasing Thunderdome merchandise.
